Shipping Overview

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Free Local Pickup in Yuma, Arizona
  2. USPS Shipping anywhere in the United States

Processing Time

Standard Processing

  • 1-2 business days from order confirmation
  • Production begins immediately after order is placed
  • Processing time does NOT include shipping time

Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST process same business day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST process next business day

Business Days

  • Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
  • We do NOT process orders on weekends or federal holidays

Holiday Processing

During major holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if delays are expected.

Free local pickup is available for customers in:

  • Yuma, Arizona (ZIP codes: 85364, 85365, 85366, 85367, 85369)
  • Surrounding Yuma County areas

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM MST (verify before visiting)
  • Sunday: Closed
    "Except for holidays."

Pickup Process

Step 1: Place Order

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • Complete payment

Step 2: Production

  • Your order is produced (1-2 business days)

Step 3: Notification

  • You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
  • Do not come to pick up until you receive this email

Step 4: Pickup

  • Bring your order confirmation email or order number
  • Valid ID may be requested for large orders
  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of ready notification

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

  • After 14 days, we will contact you
  • After 30 days, unclaimed orders may be disposed of with no refund

  • Calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight
    • Destination ZIP code
    • Selected shipping speed

USPS First Class Mail (Small orders)

  • 2-5 business days
  • Most affordable option
  • Available for packages under 1 lb
  • Includes tracking

USPS Priority Mail (Standard)

  • 2-3 business days
  • Most popular option
  • Includes tracking
  • $100 insurance included

USPS Priority Mail Express (Fastest)

  • 1-2 business days
  • Guaranteed delivery by date (USPS guarantee, not ours)
  • Tracking and signature confirmation
  • $100 insurance included

Note: Delivery times are USPS estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

  • All 50 US states
  • Washington D.C.
  • Puerto Rico
  • US Military addresses (APO/FPO)

NOT Currently Available:

  • International shipping
  • PO Boxes (for large orders)

Shipping Costs

How Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are based on:

  1. Weight of your order
  2. Destination ZIP code
  3. Shipping speed selected

Example Shipping Costs

Small Order (1-3 sets, ~1 lb):

  • USPS First Class: $5-8
  • USPS Priority: $9-12

Medium Order (4-7 sets, ~3-4 lbs):

  • USPS Priority: $12-18

Large Order (8-15 sets, ~6-10 lbs):

  • USPS Priority: $18-30

Actual costs calculated at checkout based on your specific order and location.

How We Pack Your Order

  • Protective packaging: Rigid cardboard mailers or boxes
  • Bubble wrap: For fragile items
  • Sleeves: Each set wrapped separately
  • Care instructions: Included with every order

Sustainable Packaging

We use recyclable materials whenever possible.


Order Tracking

Tracking Information

For USPS Shipments:

  • Tracking number sent via email when order ships
  • Track package at: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
  • Real-time updates from USPS

For Local Pickup:

  • Email notification when ready
  • No tracking number needed

Delivery Confirmation

  • USPS provides delivery confirmation
  • Photos of delivery (if available from USPS)
  • Signature required for Priority Mail Express

Shipping Addresses

Correct Address Important!

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing order
  • We ship to the address you provide
  • We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

Address Changes

Before Shipping:

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change address
  • We can update if order hasn't shipped yet

After Shipping:

  • Contact USPS directly to request package intercept
  • Intercept fees apply (charged by USPS)
  • Not always successful

Undeliverable Packages

If USPS cannot deliver your package:

  • Package returns to us
  • We will contact you for correct address
  • You are responsible for reshipping costs

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

Definition: Package shows no movement for 10+ days

What We Do:

  1. File claim with USPS
  2. Investigation takes 7-14 days
  3. If confirmed lost, we will:
    • Reprint and ship replacement (no charge), OR
    • Issue full refund

What You Should Do:

  • Contact us after 10 days of no tracking updates
  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify delivery address was correct

Damaged in Transit

If Package Arrives Damaged:

  1. Save all packaging - box, padding, labels
  2. Take photos - damaged package and products
  3. Contact us within 48 hours
  4. We will file USPS claim and send replacement

Prevention:

  • We package carefully to prevent damage
  • USPS insurance covers loss and damage
  • File claim quickly for fastest resolution

Stolen Packages

Porch Pirates:

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
  • USPS tracking shows "Delivered" = our responsibility ends
  • Recommendations:
    • Request signature confirmation
    • Ship to secure location
    • Use local pickup if concerned

Insurance Available:

  • Additional insurance available at checkout
  • Covers theft after delivery
  • Minimal additional cost

International Shipping

Currently Not Available

We currently ship only within the United States.

International shipping may be available in the future. Check back for updates!


Holidays and Delays

Expected Delays

Shipping may take longer during:

  • December holidays (Thanksgiving through New Year)
  • Valentine's Day (January-February)
  • Mother's/Father's Day (May-June)
  • Wedding season (May-October)

Our Recommendations

  • Order early for events and holidays
  • Allow 2-3 weeks before event date
  • Consider local pickup if time is tight

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery:

  • Package returns to us
  • You are responsible for original shipping + return shipping costs
  • Refund processed minus shipping costs

Unclaimed Packages

If package is not claimed from USPS:

  • Returns to us after 15-30 days
  • You are responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping not refunded

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

Shipping to Military

  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses
  • Treated as domestic shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail recommended
  • Allow extra time (2-4 weeks)

Customs Forms

  • May require customs declaration
  • You are responsible for any customs fees
  • Delays possible due to military mail screening
