Product Description Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Actual products may differ slightly from images
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing

Custom Products

Our products are custom-made based on your uploaded photos:

  • Each order is produced specifically for you
  • Products cannot be resold or returned to inventory
  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation

Ordering and Pricing

Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Order confirmation email confirms acceptance
  • We may cancel orders for reasons including:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Inappropriate photo content

Pricing

  • All prices are in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Volume discounts apply as displayed
  • The price charged is the price at time of order
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payment

  • Payment is required at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments/Stripe
  • Payment must be authorized before production begins
  • Failed payments may result in order cancellation

Photo Upload Requirements and Guidelines

Acceptable Photos

You may upload photos that:

  • You own or have permission to use
  • Are appropriate for all audiences
  • Meet minimum resolution requirements (800x1000 pixels)
  • Are in supported formats (JPG, PNG)

Prohibited Photos

You may NOT upload photos containing:

  • Copyrighted material you don't own
  • Trademarked logos or brands (without permission)
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Violence or graphic content
  • Illegal activities
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Other people without their consent
  • Minors without parental consent

Photo Rights and Ownership

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded photos
  • You grant us a limited license to use photos ONLY to create your products
  • We will NEVER use your photos for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without your explicit written permission
  • Photos are deleted after 90 days

Photo Quality

  • We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution photos
  • Minimum resolution: 800x1000 pixels recommended
  • We will notify you if photos are unsuitable before production

Rejection of Inappropriate Content

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any photo that violates these guidelines
  • Cancel orders with inappropriate content
  • Refund payment if order is cancelled for this reason
  • Report illegal content to authorities if necessary

Production and Processing

Processing Time

  • Standard production: 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST process next business day
  • Processing time excludes weekends and holidays
  • Custom rush orders may be available (contact us)

Production Standards

  • We use high-quality printing and magnetic materials
  • Each product is inspected before shipping
  • Minor variations in color are normal and not considered defects

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

  • Local Pickup: Free for Yuma, AZ customers at 2411 S 4th Ave Suite 5
  • USPS Shipping: Calculated rates based on weight and destination
  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by you
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States
  • International shipping may be available in the future

Returns and Refunds

Custom Product Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind
  • Refunds are NOT provided unless product is defective
  • All sales are final once production begins

Defective Products

We will replace or refund defective products if:

  • Printing defect (blurry, faded, incorrect colors)
  • Damaged during production
  • Missing magnetic backing
  • Wrong size or quantity shipped

Reporting Defects

To report a defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect
  • Include order number
  • We will review and respond within 2 business days

Replacement Process

  • Approved defects will be reprinted at no charge
  • Replacement ships within 3-5 business days
  • Original defective product may need to be returned

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our Site is protected by copyright and trademark laws:

  • Product images
  • Text and descriptions
  • Logo and branding

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content (Photos)

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded photos
  • You grant us a limited license to produce your products
  • You warrant you have the right to use all uploaded photos
  • You are responsible for any copyright infringement

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You may create an account for easier ordering
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Non-payment

Limitation of Liability

General Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

No Warranties

  • We do NOT warrant that photos will print exactly as they appear on screen

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your uploaded photos (copyright infringement, privacy violations)
  • Your use of our Site or products
  • Your violation of any law or regulation

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yuma County, Arizona.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Yuma County, Arizona, except:

  • Small claims court matters
  • Intellectual property disputes

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
